It’s A…….. | Gender Reveal Session | CT Photographer

Yesterday I  posted an announcement on Facebook that my family and I are expecting our 3rd child in February! (If your not following Elizabeth Frederick Photography, your missing the fun, we’d love for you to join us). We are very excited to be adding another baby to our crazy family. I keep on joking with my husband that we are just going to call them Trouble 1, 2 & 3!  We had the gender ultrasound last week, so decided how fun would it be to do a gender reveal session with my girls to let everyone know what we are having!  The planning began.  I had several different ideas for sessions, but with all this rain this week, we had to stick with the studio.  I asked my friend & cake maker (Cookies, Cakes & Pies) to make me some cupcakes with the filling of gender of the baby and let my girls have a Smash Cake session! Oh, gosh, how fun this was for them!  I was a little worried about how my littlest, Aubrey, would do with getting cake smashed in her face, but she was more than willing to smash the cake in her sisters face & so the smash cake was on! Well without further ado………..

My poor, poor husband having to deal with another one of us girls. Although we definitely hoped for a boy, we are happy to have another beautiful little girl on the way & boys can still have cooties 🙂
