Aliana came to our Wallingford Portrait studio for her newborn session at only 8 days new. At first she was not into sleeping & just wanted to play, but once she got there she just slept the entire session & it was easy peasy. Here are a couple of my favorites from our session.

Dancing Aubrey | Middletown, CT Child Photographer

My middle little girl Aubrey is getting all ready for her recital coming this Saturday for In Step Dance. If you live in the Middletown area, I highly recommend this dance school! Aubrey has had so much fun all year with Miss Alicia learning to dance. In preparation for her recital & a chance to play with my new light, I brought Aubrey down to the studio to play. I just love how these pictures turned out. They capture her personality completely. They will be dancing to “You’ve Got A Friend In Me” from Toy Story, so naturally they will be dressed like Cow Girls. Aubrey’s favorite part of the costume is the hat, all she wanted to do was “Yee Haw” when taking pictures. Now we will see if she will be this sassy on stage. Although with her family and friends she is outgoing, she is very shy. *fingers crossed*

Happy Birthday Thalia! This beauty came down to our Wallingford, CT portrait studio for her Smash the Cake session. Her birthday theme was Tea Party. Sara from You’ve Been Cupcaked in Wallingford make the most perfect cake for her smash cake session. It had a tea pot accent which I was able to grab quick shot of before Thalia ripped it off to dig into her cake There were so many great pictures of Thalia at her session that I had a hard time narrowing it down. Here are a couple of my absolute favorites.

Happy Birthday Aubrey! What a pleasure it was to photograph this beautiful little girl on her First Birthday for her Smash Cake session. I met Aubrey last year at her newborn session. How big she got in just 1 year always amazes me! The theme of her party was Lady Bug! I just love how Sara from You’ve Been Cupcaked! put little lady bug accents crawling up her smash cake. There were so many adorable images from her session, but these are some of my favorite.

Here we are in May and posting my first boy of 2013. Luca came down to our Wallingford studio for his newborn session ready for anything. He brought his handsome big brother whom I’ve had the pleasure of photographing a couple times in the past year, most recently at his mother’s Maternity session (which can be found here). Luca slept from the time we got him out of his car seat until the last shot with not even a peep. Total dream to photograph I really had a hard time narrowing down what I was going to show, so enjoy!

Scarlett | 6 Days New | Hamden, CT Newborn Photographer

Scarlett came down to our Wallingford portrait studio at 6 days new. She was born just days after her mother’s maternity session (Check them out here). Talk about perfect timing.She was such a beauty with perfect skin and just slept until…… the one pose mom wanted. Took us a lot longer than I care to admit, but I am pretty happy with being able to capture Scarlett on her mother’s English Saddle. One of the pictures that I can cross off my photography “bucket list”.

I met Nicole and her husband at Gillette’s Castle in East Haddam for their Maternity session. It was such a beautiful day with beautiful lighting! It’s been years since I have been down there and still as beautiful as I remember. We chose this location because of the architecture since most of the trees still didn’t have any leaves. We had a great time getting to know each other. Here are a few of my favorites, which was very hard to narrow down if I might add. I had too many favorites!

Smash Cake Special | CT Photographer

I am dying to get outside this summer, so for the first 5 people to book am outdoor smash cake session will recieve 15% off their session fee. Every session comes with a custom Smashing cake from You’ve Been Cupcaked! & decorations. We will plan out your session & have a blast documenting your child’s first birthday by getting a little messy! Session needs to take place between May 1st & August 31st. I have very limited availability for the summer months, so don’t delay.

*Session date is first come first serve. sessions will go to the first 5 clients to pay their retainer & sign the contract.

*Cannot be combined with any other offer

*Session takes place 1.5 hours before sunset.

*Session can take place anywhere within 25 mi of the studio located in Wallingford, CT.
